Rick Plester is a producer and guitarist. He has been involved in 99 records to date, including The Scorpions/ James Kottak , Michael Schenker, George Lynch, and many others. Rick plays guitar in and is the founding member of International recording artist Black Symphony. Ricks great chops and inspirational vision in song writing help him create his own unique style of rock music; some magazine writers have called him a true genius. Rick also won Guitar Warz Canada 4 times and the LA Guitars Wars. Rick has now just started writing and recording an Instrumental record in which he plans on joining some odd instrumentation together creating a very eclectic sound and borderline fusion. The project will feature some of the worlds great players. Before Ricks music career he was a Pro Hockey player (goalie) for several years both in Ice Hockey and Roller Hockey. Both careers started overlapping so he picked music. Rick has also written music for ABC, NBC, ESPN, FOX, FOR SPORTS. and The NHL.
